Rob Perkins is a highly experienced corporate finance M&A adviser. Before founding Layton Advisory, he spent over 25 years at ING Corporate Finance, where he was a Managing Director heading the Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure-focused Corporate Finance team, advising clients in the aviation, maritime, freight and logistics, public transport and infrastructure sectors. He was also a member of ING Transport & Logistics global management team.
He has worked globally on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, equity raisings, providing strategic advice, valuation, fund arranging and capital restructuring. Rob is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering from The University of Durham.
